Turkcell , the leading communications and technology company in Turkey, today announced that the Annual General Meeting dated June 29, 2012 could not convene since the quorum required by the articles of association of Turkcell has not been reached as Turkcell Holding A.S., which owns a 51% stake in our Company, was not represented at the Meeting.
