Henderson Global Investors erwirbt einen bedeuten Anteil an LifeWatch AG
Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Schweiz - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) gibt bekannt, dass gemäss einer am 6. Juli 2010 unterzeichneten Mitteilung die Henderson Global Investors Ltd., 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AE (Kontakt: Vina Patel, Tel. +44 20 7818 64 39) seit einem am 30. Juni 2010 erfolgten Kauf mit 653'165 Aktien neu 5,01 % der Stimmrechte an der LifeWatch AG besitzt. Henderson Global Investors Ltd. hält diese Positionen über die folgenden Finanzvehikel:
AMP Responsible Investment Leaders International - 0,10 %; Henderson Horizon Pan European Smaller Companies Fund - 2,17 %; Henderson Industries of the Future Fund - 0,15 %; Henderson Horizon Industries of the Futures Fund - 0,02 %; Henderson Global Care Growth Fund - 0,35 %; Henderson Global Care Managed Fund - 0,13 %; TR European Growth Trust PLC - 2,11 %;
Durch einen am 23. April 2010 erfolgten Kauf von 400´570 Namenaktien hatten die Henderson Global Investors bereits die Schwelle von 3 % an Stimmrechten an der LifeWatch AG überschritten.
