Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist der Emittent verantwortlich. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Pressemitteilung Orascom Development Holding (ODH) beantragte bei der Ägyptischen Börse (EGX), 10-15% ihrer Ägyptischen Tochtergesellschaft, Orascom Hotels und Development (OHD), zum Verkauf anzubieten. Der Verwaltungsrat der ODH genehmigte einen Anteil von total 10-15% der Ägyptischen Tochtergesellschaft Orascom Hotels und Development (OHD), mit einem totalen Unternehmenswert von EGP 3.37 Milliarden (ungefähr USD 470 Millionen oder CHF 455 Millionen), gemäss den Börsenregeln an der Ägyptischen Börse (EGX) zum Verkauf anzubieten. Die 10-15 % sollen zu einem Wert von EGP 15.20 (ungefähr USD 2.12 oder CHF 2.06) per Aktie zum Kauf angeboten werden. Dieses Angebot erfolgt im Rahmen des Monetarisierungs-Programmes der Gruppe, dessen Erlöse in OHD zurückgeführt werden, um den laufenden Betrieb zu unterstützen und die Fremdkapitalquote zu senken. Die Gruppe hat die Investmentbanken CI Capital und Beltone als Joint-Lead-Arrangers und Book-Runners für diese Transaktion mandatiert. Die notwendige Dokumentation und die Preisbildung wurde der EGX mitgeteilt und es wird zurzeit die endgültige Genehmigung durch die EGX erwartet.
