Hannover/Germany, 21/06/2011. (euro adhoc) - On-board computers from Hoeft &
Wessel AG are the first terminals to qualify for certification according to the
German E-Ticketing standard VDV-KA. In the KA test laboratory commissioned by
VDV-Kernapplikations GmbH & Co. KG, the on-board computers with ticket printers
of the almex.optima series for buses and trams are tested to establish whether
they are suitable for the relevant applications. Accordingly, Hoeft & Wessel is
the first enterprise to have a terminal certified for the (((eTicket Germany.

The specialist for ticketing systems and mobile solutions is the only
manufacturer that supports all three E-Ticketing standards common in Europe,
namely ITSO for the United Kingdom, Calypso for southern Europe and VDV-KA for
Germany.
