that it is now complete again. The Supervisory Board had requested the Board of
Management to apply to the local court for the appointment of Hinrich Peters, a
tax consultant, by the following General Meeting. Peters had already been a
member of the Supervisory Board of Hoeft & Wessel AG in 2003 and 2004.
