EANS-Adhoc: KA Finanz AG Notification concerning the over-collateralisation
agreement in respect of the covered bank bonds taken over from Kommunalkredit
Austria AG by way of the merger

KA Finanz AG (KF), Commercial Register number FN 128283b, referring to its
ad-hoc disclosure dated 25/09/2015, herewith notifies that the contractual
provisions agreed upon on 27/01/2011 concerning the covered bank bonds listed
below (28% nominal over-collateralisation in the cover pool) remain in effect.
These covered bank bonds were transferred to KF through the merger effective as
of 26/09/2015. The right to terminate the agreement of 27/01/2011 within the
framework of the merger was not exercised with respect to these covered bank
bonds.
However, this agreement does not apply to any covered bank bonds newly issued by
KF in the future, for which a nominal rate of over-collateralisation of 10% is
aimed at on a voluntary basis.
