Today, the management and the supervisory boards of november AG have decided not to pursue the originally intended acquisition of 100% of the shares in neeb & Partner GmbH, Darmstadt, as announced in the ad hoc release of September 9, 2010. Within the course of a more detailed audit of neeb & Partner GmbH the management board of november AG had to realize that to its conviction the expectations related to the acquisition would not be met. Therefore, the management and supervisory boards have decided today not to undertake the acquisition.
