LAS VEGAS, Nev., March 27, 2012 (euro adhoc) - Hirsch Identive, a leading

West this week a new access solution that enables customers to use NFC-enabled
mobile phones as secure credentials to access their facilities. The "Mobile
Touch to Open" demonstration leverages Hirsch Identive´s powerful new DIGI*Net
access control platform, Velocity 3.5 management software and multiple near
field communication (NFC) door readers to provide an end-to-end NFC physical
access solution.

alternative to traditional access cards as a more convenient ID device," says

Adoption of NFC is accelerating, with nearly 300 million NFC-enabled mobile
phones expected to be on the market by 2014. Both government and enterprise

The integrated "Mobile Touch to Open" demonstration is being showcased at the
Hirsch Identive booth #26087 at the International Security Conference and
Exhibition - ISC West 2012, taking place March 28 - 30 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In
addition, the Hirsch Identive booth will feature NFC-enabled displays and NFC
experts will be available to discuss the NFC functionality and use of mobile
devices as both readers as well as credentials.
