Santa Ana und Ismaning, 17. August 2012 (euro adhoc) - Die Identive Group, Inc.
(NASDAQ: INVE; Frankfurt: INV), ein führender Anbieter von Produkten, Diensten
und Lösungen in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Identifikation und RFID-Technologien,
hat bekannt gegeben, dass dem Unternehmen am 16. August, 2012, durch die NASDAQ
mitgeteilt wurde, dass der Angebotspreis der Aktie an 30 aufeinanderfolgenden
Handelstagen unter 1 US-Dollar geschlossen hat, und damit nicht den
Anforderungen der NASDAQ zum Mindestangebotspreis genügt, der für ein Listing
gefordert wird. Diese Mitteilung hat keine unmittelbaren Auswirkungen auf die
Börsennotierung und den Handel der Unternehmensaktien. Gemäß den Regeln der
NASDAQ hat das Unternehmen 180 Tage Zeit um die Anforderungen wieder zu
erfüllen.
Um die Anforderungen zum Mindestangebotspreis wieder zu erfüllen, muss der
Angebotspreis für Identive Aktien innerhalb der 180-tägigen Periode für
mindestens 10 aufeinander folgende Handelstage bei 1 US-Dollar oder höher
schließen.
Das Unternehmen erwartet, diese Anforderungen innerhalb des Zeitraums der 180
Tage zu erfüllen; die Durchführung eines umgekehrten Aktiensplits zieht die
Firma nicht in Betracht.
