Board of Directors (Appointments and Changes)

AMAG Austria Metall AG's Supervisory Board reached a unanimous decision in its
meeting on 12 April 2016 to prematurely renew the contract of Chief Executive
Officer Helmut Wieser until 31 December 2018.

"AMAG is on a strong growth trajectory in an expanding market. The management
team with its proven track record has made strategic changes within the company
to promote this growth and develop the Ranshofen location. In making this
decision, the Supervisory Board is above all taking account of continuity in the
ongoing implementation of the strategic growth programme", stated Dr. Josef
Krenner, Chairman of AMAG Austria Metall AG's Supervisory Board.
