Notifications of Voting Rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act ("WpHG")1. We were informed in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that
on 6 June 2007 Martifer SGPS, S.A., Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, has
exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower
Systems AG, Alsterkrugchaussee 378, 22335 Hamburg, Germany
("REpower") and held 5,082,938 voting rights in REpower,
corresponding to 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, on that
day. 4,563,268 of these voting rights, corresponding to 51.11 % of
the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to Martifer SGPS, S.A.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof,
corresponding to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were
attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH, Bochum, Germany.
2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the
voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Suzlon
Windenergie GmbH, Bochum, Germany. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof,
corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were
attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A.,
Oliveira de Frades, Portugal. 1,541,118 of the voting rights,
corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, already
attributed to Martifer SGPS, S.A. were additionally attributed to
Martifer SGPS, S.A. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG
through Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A., which is controlled by
Martifer SGPS, S.A.2. We were informed in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 6 June 2007 Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A., Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and held 5,082,938 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, on that day. 3,541,820 of these voting rights, corresponding to 39.67 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 519,670 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 5.82 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer SGPS, S.A. 741,380 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A., Oporto, Portugal, that on 6 June 2007 Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and held 5,082,938 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, on that day. All of these voting rights were attributed to Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A. 519,670 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 5.82 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer SGPS, S.A. 2,060,788 of these voting rights, corresponding to 23.08 % of the voting rights in REpower, were additionally attributed to Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through Martifer SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. also through Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A., Oporto, Portugal, that on 6 June 2007 Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and held 5,082,938 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, on that day. We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A., Oporto, Portugal, that on 6 June 2007 F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and held 5,082,938 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, on that day. We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota, Portugal, that on 6 June 2007 Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and held 5,082,938 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, on that day. We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mr. Carlos Martins, Portugal, that on 6 June 2007 Mr. Carlos Martins has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and held 5,082,938 voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, on that day.
