Notifications of Voting Rights (Stimmrechtsmitteilungen) pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act 1. We were
told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act ( "WpHG") in the name and on behalf of Suzlon Windenergie
GmbH, Bochum, Germany, that on 6 June 2007 Suzlon Windenergie GmbH
has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower
Systems AG, Alsterkrugchaussee 378, 22335 Hamburg, Germany
("REpower"), and at that time held 56.93 % of the voting rights in
REpower, corresponding to 5,082,938 voting rights. 2,802,168 of these
voting rights, corresponding to 31.39 % of the voting rights in
REpower, were attributed to Suzlon Windenergie GmbH pursuant to sec.
22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 8.30
% of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by SE
Drive Technik GmbH, Bochum, Germany. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof,
corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were
attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A.,
Oliveira de Frades, Portugal. 519,670 voting rights thereof,
corresponding to 5.82 % of the voting rights in REpower, were
attached to shares held by Martifer SGPS, S.A., Oliveira de Frades,
Portugal.2. We were told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of SE Drive Technik GmbH, Bochum, Germany, that on 6 June 2007 SE Drive Technik GmbH has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that time held 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 5,082,938 voting rights. 4,341,558 of these voting rights, corresponding to 48.63 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to SE Drive Technik GmbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A. 519,670 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 5.82 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer SGPS, S.A. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH. The 2,280,770 voting rights attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to SE Drive Technik GmbH also pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
3. We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of AE-Rotor Holding BV, Hengelo Ov, The Netherlands, that on 6 June 2007 AE-Rotor Holding BV has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that time held 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 5,082,938 voting rights. All of these voting rights were attributed to AE Rotor Holding BV pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A. 519,670 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 5.82 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer SGPS, S.A. 3,022,150 of these voting rights, corresponding to 33.85 % of the voting rights in REpower, were additionally attributed to AE-Rotor Holding BV pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through SE Drive Technik GmbH, which is controlled by AE-Rotor Holding BV. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to AE-Rotor Holding BV pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG also through Suzlon Windenergie GmbH, which is a subsidiary of SE Drive Technik GmbH.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Suzlon Wind Energy Limited, c/o Chalfen Services Limited, London, United Kingdom, that on 6 June 2007 Suzlon Wind Energy Limited has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that time held 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 5,082,938 voting rights. All of these voting rights were attributed to Suzlon Wind Energy Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A. 519,670 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 5.82 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer SGPS, S.A. 3,022,150 of these voting rights, corresponding to 33.85 % of the voting rights in REpower, were additionally attributed to Suzlon Wind Energy Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through the following companies controlled by Suzlon Wind Energy Limited: · AE-Rotor Holding BV; and · SE Drive Technik GmbH. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to Suzlon Wind Energy Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG also through Suzlon Windenergie GmbH, which is a subsidiary of SE Drive Technik GmbH.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Suzlon Energy Limited, c/o Corporate and Secretarial Services Centre Limited, Port Louis, Mauritius, that on 6 June 2007 Suzlon Energy Limited, Mauritius, has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that time held 56.93 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 5,082,938 voting rights. · Suzlon Wind Energy Limited; · AE-Rotor Holding BV; and · SE Drive Technik GmbH.
2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to Suzlon Energy Limited, Mauritius, pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG also through Suzlon Windenergie GmbH, which is a subsidiary of SE Drive Technik GmbH.
6. We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
in the name and on behalf of Suzlon Energy Limited, Ahmedabad, India
("Suzlon"), that on 25 May 2007 Suzlon has exceeded the threshold of
50 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that time held 61.64 % of
the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 5,502,998 voting
rights. All of these voting rights were attributed to Suzlon pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof, corresponding
to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares
held by SE Drive Technik GmbH. 7,427 voting rights thereof,
corresponding to 0.08 % of the voting rights in REpower, were
attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH. 1,541,118 voting
rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in
REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems
SGPS, S.A. 519,670 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 5.82 % of
the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by
Martifer SGPS, S.A. 2,693,403 voting rights thereof, corresponding to
30.17 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held
by Société des Participation du Commissariat à l´Energie Atomique
(AREVA), Paris, France.748,807 of these voting rights, corresponding to 8.39 % of the voting rights in REpower, were additionally attributed to Suzlon pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through the following companies controlled by Suzlon: · Suzlon Energy Limited, Mauritius; · Suzlon Wind Energy Limited; · AE-Rotor Holding BV; and · SE Drive Technik GmbH.
7,427 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 0.08 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to Suzlon pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG also through Suzlon Windenergie GmbH, which is a subsidiary of SE Drive Technik GmbH.
We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Suzlon, that on 6 June 2007 Suzlon has exceeded the threshold of 75 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that time held 87.10 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 7,776,341 voting rights. All of these voting rights were attributed to Suzlon pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH. 2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A. 519,670 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 5.82 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Martifer SGPS, S.A. 2,693,403 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 30.17 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attached to shares held by Société des Participation du Commissariat à l´Energie Atomique (AREVA). 3,022,150 of these voting rights, corresponding to 33.85 % of the voting rights in REpower, were additionally attributed to Suzlon pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through the following companies controlled by Suzlon:
· Suzlon Energy Limited, Mauritius; · Suzlon Wind Energy Limited; · AE-Rotor Holding BV; and · SE Drive Technik GmbH.
2,280,770 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 25.55 % of the voting rights in REpower, were attributed to Suzlon pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG also through Suzlon Windenergie GmbH, which is a subsidiary of SE Drive Technik GmbH.
7. We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
in the name and on behalf of the individuals, companies and hindu
undivided families ("HUF") listed hereinafter (together the "Suzlon
Shareholder Group"), that on 25 May 2007 each member of the Suzlon
Shareholder Group has exceeded the threshold of 50 % of the voting
rights in REpower and at that time held 61.64 % of the voting rights
in REpower, corresponding to 5,502,998 voting rights. All of these
voting rights were attributed to the Suzlon Shareholder Group
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG. 741,380 voting rights thereof,
corresponding to 8.30 % of the voting rights in REpower, were
attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH. 7,427 voting rights
thereof, corresponding to 0.08 % of the voting rights in REpower,
were attached to shares held by Suzlon Windenergie GmbH. 1,541,118

(AREVA).748,807 of these voting rights, corresponding to 8.39 % of the voting rights in REpower, were additionally attributed to the Suzlon Shareholder Group pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through the following companies controlled by the Suzlon Shareholder Group: · Suzlon; · Suzlon Energy Limited, Mauritius; · Suzlon Wind Energy Limited; · AE-Rotor Holding BV; and · SE Drive Technik GmbH.
