S IMMO AG: Start of the exchange offer for S IMMO INVEST participating
certificates postponed





    With reference to the ad hoc release from 29 April 2014 and the  publication
    in the "Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung" (Official Gazette) from 30 April 2014,
    S  IMMO  AG  (Bloomberg:  SPI:AV,  Reuters:  SIAG.VI;  ISIN:   AT0000652250,
    AT0000795737 and AT0000630694) announces that  the  start  of  the  exchange
    offer has been postponed for  processing  reasons.  The  exchange  offer  is
    expected to start before the end of May 2014.
