process in Germany?

Birkenau, 04.25.2012. With its entry into the commodity trade a.i.s. AG could
achieve in the last quarter of 2011 first decisive volumes since 2005. The trade
recorded a sales volumes of 1.8 M EUR over the last year. We initially
considered this as an entry and recovered on depths.
Due to an unexpected outcome of our pending court affair initiated by an a.i.s.
CEO in 2002 against boards of directors, we had to suffer a setback, however.
Nevertheless we could in the first quarter, reach agreements with creditors, so
we can finish this chapter, after the crisis years and the miseries created by
old shareholders.
Very pleasing on the other hand has impacted the first quarter of 2012 and
earnings figures. We can report first-quarter revenues of 11.15 million EUR,
which we have also strengthened our position in the commodity market.
Furthermore a.i.s. AG is starting new activities in the energy trade,
inter-regional electricity and gas as the company decided to establish trading
additionally within on the lucrative and promising energy market. In this
regard, plans to site enhancements that allow us to consolidate and expand the
initial sales to further activities in the energy trade, are in consideration.
In addition, our published long-term approaches on disposal ad Energy systems
have in recent months improved. Our project activities and the search for
investors through partnerships demonstrate promising results what we expect to
contribute financially in the medium term results.
Finally, after long years of crisis, preparatory work on the first shareholders
meeting of a.i.s. AG since 2004, are in consideration very next. We are going to
report in the coming weeks on the final date.
After many past setbacks a.i.s. AG is looking forward to pursue active and
expanding investment processes towards targeted business. During the
long-lasting and difficult restructuring process of the last years we had to
request strong patience and confidence from our shareholders for which we want
to thank.
