topic. In this context the company informs, that today, May 22, 2013, due
interest payments for the bondholders of the Alpine Corporate bond AT0000A0V834
were paid as planned. The restructuring agreement which was signed from our
financing partners in March this year expires on March 31, 2015 and is
effective.
