Bauwerk Boen AG issues a bond with a 5 year term and an issue amount of CHF 80
million

Wallisellen, 24 April 2018 -- Bauwerk Boen AG announces today the issue of a
bond with a 5 year term and an issue amount of CHF 80 million. The net proceeds
of the bond issue will be exclusively used to refinance the CHF 80 million
nominal amount of the bond issued by the 100% subsidiary, Bauwerk Parkett AG.

The Joint Lead Managers, Neue Helvetische Bank AG, Zürich, and Raiffeisen
Schweiz Genossenschaft, St. Gallen, have firmly underwritten the bonds with the
following terms:

The final terms (coupon) will be fixed and communicated based on the demand in
the book building and on general market conditions no later than 27 April 2018
after close of trading; the Joint Lead Manager reserve the right to terminate
the book building procedure earlier.
