Peach Property Group AG strengthens organisational structure and executive
management
Zurich, 9 July 2013 - Peach Property Group AG, a leading property investor
and developer of high-quality residential real estate in the
German-speaking region of Europe, today announced an enhancement of its
operations organisational structure.
In May 2013, Renzo Fagetti, a recognised industry expert, joined the
company's executive management as Managing Director Switzerland. Together
with Bernd Hasse in his capacity as Managing Director Germany, he will
ensure that acquisition, project development and project implementation in
the two core markets of Switzerland and Germany will be managed by two
recognised experts who possess excellent market knowledge and a broad
network of contacts. They will receive support from the shared services
provided by Peach Property Group's headquarters: sales, investment
management as well as finance, human resources and investor relations.
In connection with this optimisation of the company's organisational
structure, Dr. Andreas Steinbauer joins Peach Property Group's executive
management as Head of Sales and Marketing. He has managed the sales
operations of Peach Property Group in the past four years and now will also
be responsible for product marketing. In the future, the executive
management will comprise Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger (CEO), Dr. Marcel Kucher
(CFO), Mirco Riondato (CIO), Bernd Hasse (Managing Director Germany), Bruno
Birrer (COO), Renzo Fagetti (MD Switzerland), Bernd Hasse (MD Germany) and
Dr. Andreas Steinbauer (Head of Sales and Marketing). There will no longer
be an extended executive management.
Thomas Wolfensberger, CEO of Peach Property Group AG, states: 'I am pleased

The new organisational structure will apply from 15 July 2013.
