Rotkreuz (Switzerland), 14 November 2013 - Novavisions AG intends to change
the listing of its shares to Stuttgart Stock Exchange


Novavisions AG filed to delist all shares (regular delisting) of
Novavisions on the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange. The Management Board expects the revocation of the listing
of Novavisions shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to become effective
in the coming months.

Due to the new listing of the shares on the open market of
Baden-Württembergisch Stock Exchange in Stuttgart, the tradability of
Novavisions share is still provided after the shares will have been
delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

With the change of the trading segment reduced costs are expected, as a
listing on the regulated market is associated with more administrational
effort and therefore higher costs.
