UNIQA successfully places 500 million euro Subordinated Notes (Tier 2)
The information contained in this ad-hoc announcement is not intended for

UNIQA Insurance Group AG (UNIQA), with its business address in 1029 Vienna,
Untere Donaustraße 21, has successfully placed Subordinated Notes (Tier 2) in an
aggregate principal amount of 500 million euro with institutional investors in
Europe. The Notes are scheduled to be redeemed after 31 years, subject to
certain conditions and may be called by UNIQA for the first time after 11 years,
subject to certain conditions. The Notes bear interest at a rate of 6.00 per
cent per annum during the first 11 years of their term, and at a floating
interest rate thereafter.
The offering of the Notes was nine times oversubscribed. UNIQA intends to list
the Notes on the Second Regulated Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The issue
date is expected to be 27.07.2015. The issue price has been set at 100 percent
of the principal amount.
