appointment of Mr. Konstantin Gusarov as Executive Director of the Company
with immediate effect.

Mr. Konstantin Gusarov, aged 37, is an accomplished international Director
and brings over 15 years leading experience in the oil and gas sector, he
gained among others at former TNK-BP.

Mr. Genadi Man has stepped down from his position as CEO with immediate
effect and will execute as active Chairman of the Board of the Company.
