Alamos and AuRico Merger Receives Court Approval

Alamos Gold Inc. ("Alamos") and AuRico Gold Inc. ("AuRico") are pleased to announce that they have been granted final court approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) to combine the two companies by way of a plan of arrangement ("Arrangement"). The Arrangement is expected to close July 2, 2015, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary conditions.
