LION E-Mobility AG appoints Thomas Hetmann as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
and Member of the Management Board as 27 July 2018. Mr. Hetmann has many years
of experience as CFO, CEO and Managing Director in the areas of corporate
development and management, controlling, accounting, financing and M&A.
 
After holding many executive and CFO positions in international companies such
as Fujitsu, Schaeffler Group and BP AG/ARAL AG, he most recently held the
position of Managing Director of CoInvest Corporate Finance GmbH. Based on his
experience, he is a valued member of the advisory board of Commerzbank AG and
the Karstadt-Quelle employee trust.
 
Mr. Hetmann is also a certified auditor and tax consultant and worked in this
function for many years at the auditing and tax consulting firm ARTHU ANDERSEN.
 
With the appointment of Thomas Hetmann, LION E-Mobility AG will have a very
experienced and competent CFO to further advance the opportunities in the market
and the growth of the LION Group.
