("immigon") has decided to publish on its website
http://en.immigon.com/emissions quotes (the "Buyback Quotes") for any and all of
its outstanding subordinated liabilities with a maturity date later than 31
December 2016 (the "Instruments"). The Buyback Quotes are intended to be
published from 11 July 2016 (expected) until 11 August 2016 (expected). immigon
may omit, suspend, terminate and/or recommence the publication of the Buyback
Quotes at any time in its sole discretion.
As long as the Buyback Quotes are published, retail and institutional investors
are invited to offer immigon purchasing the Instruments at the Buyback Quotes,
and immigon shall be entitled to accept such offers at its sole discretion.
Due to market reasons, immigon currently does not publish any buyback quotes for
senior liabilities. immigon has decided not to recommence for the time being the
publication of buyback quotes for senior liabilities even if the mentioned
market reasons should fall away.
