EDAG: Annual shareholders' meeting on May 31st

Arbon, May 12th 2016.The annual shareholders' meeting will take place on May
31st 2016 in Zurich. The invitation has been published on May 9th 2016 and is
available atir.edag.com.

Complementing the agenda, the company informs today that it proposes the
election of PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich, as auditor for the financial year
2016 at the annual shareholders' meeting.
