Intention to Withdraw from the Vienna Stock Exchange
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI) (EUR or the Company)
advises its intention to withdraw the listing of its shares from the Vienna MTF,
a multilateral trading facility operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange (VSE) with
effect as of 28 May 2021, being the last trading day on the VSE.
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares will continue on the Australian
Securities Exchange (ASX: EUR) and Frankfurt Securities Exchange (FRA: PF8).
This announcement has been authorised for release to the ASX by the Board of the
Company.
