Smells like Team Spirit: Juice Technology again wins “Best Places to Work” award
Juice Technology AG, producer of electric charging stations and software and the market leader in portable chargers for electric cars, has for the second time been honoured with the “Best Places to Work” award.
The 2021 Best Places to Work Awards recognise business enterprises that design a motivating working environment which inspires and challenges their employees while also fostering a positive sense of job enjoyment among personnel. Award winners are selected on the basis of an anonymous online survey of all employees that focuses on such topics as how strongly employees identify with the company, their own specific areas of work, and the rapport among colleagues as well as between staff and line managers.
"We want to congratulate Juice Technology for creating a working environment that focuses on the commitment and performance of its employees,” says Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of the Business Intelligence Group. "Last year, without a doubt, was one of the most challenging periods ever for many companies. The backdrop of these daunting circumstances makes it all the more clear that this is an outstanding workplace where employee feedback is not only heard, but also taken to heart and heeded. Founded in Cham, Switzerland in 2014, Juice Technology AG succeeded its very first year in business in becoming market leader in mobile 22-kW charging stations thanks to the dedicated commitment of its workers and high-quality products.
"Electromobility is booming on a stupendous scale, and we nearly tripled our workforce headcount last year – despite the pandemic," notes Justin Wettengel, Chief Recruiter at Juice Technology AG. “Yet, we managed to keep and even boost that team spirit and sense of drive."
Christoph Erni, CEO of Juice Technology AG, believes that one of the company’s great strengths is that his team is staffed by a widely diverse range of people with differing qualifications and from every age group.
