Logitech International S.A. was
notified according to art 20 SESTA by FMR LLC ( "FMR"), 82
Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109, USA and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries. FMR is the parent holding company of Fidelity
Management & Research Company and Fidelity Management Trust Company.

FMR fell below the 5% threshold in share capital of Logitech
International S.A. FMR announced currently holding 9'006'810 shares
of Logitech International S.A. (representing 4.70% of the voting
rights of the company). The shares are indirectly held by funds
managed by FMR.
