Bad Soden, 7. September 2006 - Management board of TRIPLAN AG
(Triplan AG, ISIN: DE 0007499303, Security Code Number 749930) today
announces the successful placement of the capital increase in cash in
compliance with the company´s articles of association. The capital
increase of EUR 691,952 at a par value of EUR 1.00 was executed by
TRIPLAN´s Authorized Capital I to the exclusion of the shareholders´
subscription rights and has been subscribed for by investors coming
from the shareholders at a price of EUR 2.20 per share. The gross
liquidity of this issue of shares is EUR 1,522,294.40. The
transaction was managed by quirin Bank. After the capital increase
TRIPLAN´s capital stock amounts to EUR 9,256,908.00. Due to the
conversion result during the first converting period of the
convertible bond 2005/2008 of TRIPLAN AG the capital stock increased
by EUR 56,392, and due to the subscription of shares of the employee
stock option plan by another EUR 34,900 to now a total of EUR
9,348,200.
