Wuppertal, 28 June 2006 - Prime Standard-listed holding company GESCO
AG has forecast sales of around EUR 245 million for financial year
2006/2007 (01.04.2006 - 31.03.2007) (previous year: EUR 234 million),
a Group net income of EUR 9.8 million (previous year: EUR 9.3
million), and earnings per share of EUR 3.56 (previous year: EUR
3.39).

The annual financial statements for financial year 2005/2006 and the
forecast for financial year 2006/2007 will be presented at the
accounts press conference on 29 June 2006.
