The number of shares held with voting rights is 582,845. We were 
attributed these 3,03% of the voting rights pursuant to § 22 para. 1 
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG. The 
voting rights were directly held by M&G Investment Management Limited
and Prudential Asset Management (Singapore) Limited."
