Vienna, 19 October 2011: ATB Austria Antriebstechnik Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN
AT0000617832) announces that as of today Dr. Matthias Schmidt as trustee of
A-TEC INDUSTRIES AG (ISIN AT00000ATEC9) ("A-TEC"), as trustee of the entire
assets of A-TEC has sold and transferred 10,773,457 shares, corresponding to
approx. 97.94%, in ATB Austria Antriebstechnik Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN
AT0000617832) to Wolong Investment GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the Chinese Wolong
Group ("Wolong"), the above supported by the members of the management boards of
A-TEC, Dr. Mirko Kovats, DI Christian Schmidt and Mag. Franz Fehringer, the
latter two also for  ATB Austria Antriebstechnik AG.
