Gleisdorf, May 20, 2009. On May 25, 2009,
Binder+Co AG will commence the buy-back of its shares and in view of 
the extremely limited liquidity of the share, following agreement 
with the Financial Market Authority (FMA), will purchase up to 50% of
average daily turnover. This means that the limit of 25% of average 
daily turnover established by the VO 2273/3003 of the EU Commission 
will be exceeded.
