Mr. Daniel Borel and Ms. Sylviane Borel, Route de Pampigny, 1143 Apples, Switzerland, notified Logitech International S.A. on March 21 2007 that the group that they were forming within the meaning of Art. 20 para. 3 SESTA had been dissolved. On the same date, they announced that Mr. Daniel Borel held 11,000,000 shares of Logitech International S.A. (representing 5.74% of the voting rights of the company) and that Ms. Sylviane Borel did not hold any share of the company.
