The Senior Lenders agreed to the sale of Multikabel with the required majority. Multikabel is a 100% PrimaCom affiliate.
With the planned sale of Multikabel, the commenced restructuring process shall be continued consequently, all first-class secured loan liabilities reduced and the company be discharged of interest and amortization payments.
