freenet.de AG / Hamburg - The Hamburg District Court today issued its
ruling in the fast-track proceedings filed by freenet.de AG to
overcome the registry ban, and approved the merger with mobilcom AG.
The court’s ruling may be appealed.

Irrespective of this development, the company continues to seek an
out-of-court settlement with the last remaining plaintiff, as
mobilcom AG strives to settle with its remaining three plaintiffs.
