Norwegian Communication Company Telenor Signs Contract With ClickSoftware

Norway's Largest Provider of Fixed and Mobile Communications Selects Service Optimization Solution to Increase Field Service Efficiency
ClickSoftware (NASDAQ: CKSWE), the leading provider of end-to-end service optimization solutions, has announced the licensing of its ServiceOptimization Suite to Telenor.
Telenor is a Norwegian telecommunications group with extensive and fast growing business operations in a number of countries in Europe and Southeast Asia. Telenor is Norway's largest provider of fixed and mobile (analog and digital) communication networks. At the end of 2001, the Telenor group had 22'050 employees. Revenues were NOK 46.0 billion.
Telenor Networks will use ClickSoftware's ServiceOptimization
Suite, as part of the new integrated system ("Fleximan Solution"), to
optimize its entire service operations and to efficiently manage all
field service technicians. Using ClickSoftware, Telenor Telecom
Solutions' (TELENOR) objectives are to:- Increase the efficiency of Telenor Networks field force - Facilitate more effective working days for the field engineers - Introduce flexible enrolling arrangements - Centralize the order and resource management
