Hanover, April 04, 2007. PANDATEL AG (ISIN DE0006916307), listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard), convenes its Annual General Meeting for May 11, 2007.
By including agenda item number four on the "resolution to liquidate the company", the management follows the application of its major shareholder, Dowslake Venture Ltd., dated March 28, 2007 (see ad hoc disclosure of March 28, 2007).
