Jan Trommershausen, Director Central Division at Westag & Getalit AG, will leave the company by mutual agreement with effect from June 30, 2005. The company is currently looking for a successor.
Contrary to what had been planned so far, Managing Director Pedro Holzinger will stay on the Executive Board also after the next General Meeting of Shareholders to support the search for, and a smooth induction of, a suitable successor to Mr Trommershausen.
Hans Georg Ahrens, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Westag & Getalit AG, who had originally intended to resign from office before the end of his term, is equally willing to continue to perform his function also after the next General Meeting of Shareholders.
Management continuity will thus be ensured.
