Eindhoven, August 5, 2005 - NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. issues up
to 14.298.000 new shares with a nominal value of euro 0,10 per share
from the capital authorized at the Shareholder’s Meeting on May 31,
2005. The shareholders will be entitled to exercise their pre-emption
right. The issue ratio is 1:1 with an issue price of euro 0.10 per
share. The new shares qualify for dividends for the full fiscal year
2005.

Shareholders willing to exercise their pre-emption rights should
register in writing with VEM Aktienbank AG, Rosental 5, 80331
München, Germany during the period of August 10, 2005 to August 24,
2005.
