Elsner reclines at his own request his membership in the Board of Management with immediate effect. Mr. Peter Ch. Löschl, already Member of Board in charge of Marketing and Sales, has been appointed to the Spokesman of the Board of Management with effect from January 22nd, 2008. The Top Management will not change.
