Cuxhaven, May 30, 2005 ?Plambeck Neue Energien AG will publish its audited financial statements for 2004 on May 31.
The financial figures in the 2004 financial statements are only slightly different from the preliminary figures already published in February. The statements are characterised above all by the amortisation and write-downs, which took place during 2004. Plambeck Neue Energien AG achieved on a Group basis during the fiscal year 2004 total aggregate output of euro 96.0 million (prior year euro 92.7 million). The result from ordinary operations amounted to minus euro 162.7 million (prior year: minus euro 8.9 million). The net result for the year amounted to minus euro 35.5 million (prior year: minus euro 31.6 million) following transfers from the resrves. Shareholders? equity for the Group amounted to euro 21.4 million as at 31.12.2004 and to euro 25.5 million for Plambeck Neue Energien AG as at the same date.
