A fund managed by Hansainvest acquired RheinPalais und RheinAtrium, which are part of the RheinTriadem complex in Cologne, for a total investment of c. EUR 55 mn. The transaction will have a positive impact on the Q3 2009 results of the CA Immo Group. The buildings were part of the portfolio of CA Immo´s subsidiary Vivico. The buildings have a total area of c. 16.000 sqm of modern office space and were refurbished, respectively newly built, by Vivico.
