Immobilienkäufer zu 64 Prozent aus der Schweiz, weitere 20 Prozent aus Europa

SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun sehr gut in Wintersaison gestartet

Die Andermatt Swiss Alps Gruppe konnte die positive Dynamik des ersten Halbjahres 2020 erfolgreich weiterführen: Der Verkauf von Immobilien ist mit CHF 85 Mio. per Ende Oktober auf Rekordniveau, ebenso die Auslastung des Hotels The Chedi Andermatt mit 68 Prozent. Ein Besucherplus verzeichnen auch der Sommerbetrieb der SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun (+12 %) und der Andermatt Golf Course (+50 %). 64 Prozent der Immobilienkäufer stammen aus der Schweiz, weitere 20 Prozent aus dem übrigen Europa. An den ersten beiden Ski-Wochenenden war der Skibetrieb am Gemsstock ausverkauft.

The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group successfully continued its positive trend from the first semester of 2020: At the end of October, real estate sales are at a record level, totalling CHF 85 million, and the occupancy rate of The Chedi Andermatt hotel is at 68 percent. Summer operations of the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun (+12 %) and the Andermatt Golf Course (+50 %) also see increased numbers of visitors. 64 percent of the real estate buyers came from Switzerland, 20 percent from rest of Europe. Ski operations on the Gemsstock were sold out on the first two ski weekends.

Il Gruppo Andermatt Swiss Alps è riuscito a replicare con successo le dinamiche positive del primo semestre 2020 anche nel periodo successivo: alla fine di ottobre la vendita di immobili ha raggiunto il livello record di 85 milioni di Franchi Svizzeri e così anche il tasso di occupazione dell'hotel The Chedi Andermatt attestato al 68 %. Anche la gestione estiva ha segnato un aumento del numero di visitatori della SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun

(+12 %) e dell'Andermatt Golf Course (+50%). Il 64% degli acquirenti immobiliari proviene dalla Svizzera, il 20 % dall'Europa. Nei primi due weekend di apertura degli impianti sciistici, gli accessi all'area sciistica del Gemsstock sono andati esauriti.
