VSG Vange Software Group AG: VSG AG has announced the good performance of
2014 and mobile internet business has become a new profit growth point.

VSG Vange Software Group AG (ISIN: CH0149557099, ticker: VWA) has issued
the annual report of 2014; based on the effort by the Group management in
2014, the Group achieved a good performance with turnover about EUR 56.76
million, and the profit about EUR 11.45 million. The turnover increased by
6 % compared with 2013, and the net profit ratio of 2014 is 20 %.

At the same time, the percentage of the internet business income is 4% of
the business income of VSG AG in 2014, which has become a part of the Group
business income, contributing its force for the Group revenue growth. The
digital medical field is estimated will become another new profit growth
point in 2015. The management of the Group forecasts that VSG AG will see
in a rapid development opportunity on base of the good performance in 2014.
