Eindhoven, November 18, 2005 - NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. has
generated an operating profit of euro 0.7 million in the first 9
months 2005. Thereof euro 0.55 million can be attributed to the third
quarter 2005. The net profit amounted to euro 0.6 million with euro
0.5 million generated in the third quarter. As of September 30, 2005,
the total amount of cash and marketable securities held by the
company amounted to euro 3.8 million while investments accounted for
euro 2.5 million.

NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. expects a successful Q4 2005 and is
confident to achieve a profitable fiscal year 2005.
