Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Schweiz - Wie angekündigt, hatte die LifeWatch AG
heute Morgen bei der FINMA eine Anzeige wegen Verdachts auf
Meldepflichtverletzung eingereicht und die Suspendierung von Stimmrechten der
Mitglieder der grössten Aktionärsgruppe. Die FINMA hat festgehalten, dass es
Anzeichen für eine nicht offen gelegte Gruppenzugehörigkeit gibt. Daher hat sie
beschlossen, den betroffenen Aktionären bis zum 5. Juni 2013 Gelegenheit zur
Stellungnahme zu geben, d.h. keine superprovisorische Suspendierung
auszusprechen. Weil offen ist, ob und in welchem Ausmass die FINMA eine
Suspendierung von Stimmrechten anordnen wird, hat der Verwaltungsrat der
LifeWatch AG beschlossen, die auf den 29. Mai 2013 angesetzte Generalversammlung
vorerst abzusagen. Ein neuer Termin wird schnellstmöglich
festgelegt und bekannt gegeben, sobald Klarheit über die
Stimmrechtssuspendierung besteht.
