In the restructuring procedure of JoWooD Entertainment AG's assets (5 S 6/11h of the commercial court of Vienna), today's hearing on the agreement of the restructuring plan has been extended to May 5th 2011.
As JoWooD Entertainment Inc. is still in negotiations with different potential investors, the restructuring plan offered by the company could not be put to the vote today, hence the postponement to a subsequent date.
