MAN OIL GROUP ANNOUNCEMENT: Appointment of New Director / Directorate
Change

Zug, Swiss, 18 November 2014, Man Oil Group AG (the "Company") is delighted
to announce the appointment of Mr. Günther Villing as a director of the
Company with effect from 12th November 2014.

Mr. Günther Villing holds a diploma in economy from University of Würzburg,
Germany. Afterwards he has studied law and passed bar exam in 1982.

Mr. Villing succeeds Mr. Jürgen Peter, who has resigned due to personal
reasons. The Board express their deepest gratitude to Mr. Peter and wish
him the best.
