High-profile new addition to AvS Advisors – Cornelia Sengpiel advises family enterprises and privately-held businesses on their development into sustainable, future-proof organizations

AvS Advisors, a management consultancy specializing in succession, executive search and board search, as well as ownership advisory for family businesses, is expanding its German consulting team with Cornelia Sengpiel. The expert for transformation and sustainable organizational development will strengthen the office in Frankfurt am Main as from September 2023.
Cornelia advises clients in complex change situations, particularly in the consumer goods, digital and professional services industries. Through her diverse practical and leadership experience as a founder, manager and consultant, she has become convinced that transformation processes can only be sustainable and successful if they are aligned with clear corporate goals and the needs of employees. Her focus will therefore be on the recruitment, evaluation and development of executives and top management teams.
Prior to joining AvS Advisors, Cornelia worked as an independent management consultant supporting start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporations in strategic projects on transformation, organizational development and sustainability, both in the B2C and B2B sectors. Previously, she worked for seven years as a Consultant at McKinsey & Co, focusing on repositioning and restructuring companies in the financial sector. She started her career in the international consumer goods sector at Procter & Gamble and Wella in various brand management functions.
Cornelia earned a German-Spanish double degree from ESB Reutlingen and ICADE Madrid in European Business Administration. She complements her academic qualification as a business economist with numerous additional certifications, including as a Business Sustainability Manager (University of Cambridge), Systemic Coach (EBS Oestrich-Winkel) and Scrum Master.
